Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Change of Delivery Address

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave instructions for rescheduling delivery or arrange delivery as per their policies. Any additional charges arising from re-delivery may be borne by the customer.

Risk and Ownership
Ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of order.
Delays Beyond Our Control

However, delays caused by factors beyond our control, including transportation disruptions, natural events, regulatory restrictions, or courier service issues, shall not entitle the customer to claim compensation or damages.
Right to Refuse Service
